We make it a point to collect as little data as possible and to protect your privacy to the best of our ability. We do not use any additional third-party services except Framer for displaying our website and HubSpot for managing contact requests.

1. Provision of the service

a) Contact form and HubSpot

When you write to us via the contact form on senf.app, the data you provide (e.g. email address) is processed to respond to your inquiry. This data is securely stored in our CRM system by HubSpot. We use the data exclusively to process your request and do not share it with third parties. The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR) or the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

b) Use of Framer

Our website was created with Framer. Framer does not store any personal data of visitors. It is a purely visual platform responsible for hosting and displaying our content.

2. Security and data storage

Senf.app takes measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation, and unauthorized access. The legal data protection regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany are of course observed.

By using this service provided here or communicating with Senf.app via electronic contact forms, you consent to the unencrypted transmission of all data. Due to the inherent structure and operation of the Internet, there may be possible intermediate steps in the transmission of data. The initiated data transfer is at your own risk.

3. Contact

When you contact us in any form, the data you transmit will be processed to the extent necessary to respond to your request. There is no disclosure to third parties. The processing is considered in such cases as the fulfillment of so-called contractual or pre-contractual relationships (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. b GDPR) or serves the legitimate interest to respond to your request (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. f GDPR).
